About World Indoor Lacrosse
Box and indoor lacrosse — rules, skills, and culture of the indoor game, and what it teaches field players.
World Indoor Lacrosse covers the box game: rules, skills, and the indoor lacrosse culture that produced most of the sport’s best stick-handlers.
The indoor game is lacrosse at its densest — less space, less time, more contact. We explain it from inside, for box newcomers and field players deciding whether to spend a winter in the box. It’s a contact sport; proper equipment and coaching are assumed throughout.
